• Minimum 4+ years total experience
• At least 3+ years of GCC project experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Revit Mechanical Modeler to develop accurate BIM models and drawings for mechanical systems in building construction projects, ensuring coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit (Mechanical)
• Model HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems
• Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural teams
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and standards
• Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and site requirements
• Support site teams with technical clarifications and drawing updates
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and documentation as per project requirements

Requirements / Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (Mechanical)
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services
• Experience working on GCC building construction projects
• Understanding of MEP coordination and BIM execution plans
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical design drawings
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in high-rise residential & commercial projects
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
