We’re now seeking talented MEP Modelers who can translate complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into detailed, build-ready BIM environments.

Role Overview

The Revit MEP BIM Modeler will create and coordinate advanced 3D MEP models at LOD 350 – 450, producing fabrication-ready shop drawings and supporting clash detection, digital twin handovers, and AI-based automation workflows.
This role bridges design and construction—ensuring every duct, cable tray, and chilled-water pipe lives perfectly in the digital and real worlds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop coordinated Revit MEP models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
• Produce shop drawings with accurate annotations, legends, and schedules following project standards.
• Extract quantities and BOQs directly from the model; prepare BBS-style tabulations for conduits and pipe runs.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and BS/BS EN standards.
• Coordinate with structural and architectural trades using Navisworks and clash-resolution tools.
• Integrate AI + automation (Dynamo / Python scripts / Revit add-ins) for repetitive MEP tasks.
• Maintain BIM documentation, naming conventions, and GCS AI+ standards across all submissions.
• Support project engineers during QA/QC reviews and client presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 3 – 6 years’ experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and Excel.
• Familiar with LOD 350–450 workflows, parameter management, and family creation.
• Sound understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Experience with Dynamo, Revit API, or add-ins (e.g. AGACAD / DiRoots) preferred.
• Strong documentation, visualization, and interdisciplinary coordination skills.
