Job Purpose

Develop, implement, and manage reward policies and procedures to ensure they support organizational goals and comply with legal standards

Conduct detailed analysis of compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices

Provide expert advice and support on complex compensation issues to HR and management teams
Principal Accountabilities

Create and maintain reward policies that align with organizational strategy and legal requirements

Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary adjustments and incentives

Conduct market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices

Analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide recommendations

Ensure all reward practices comply with relevant laws and regulations

Prepare comprehensive reports on compensation metrics and program effectiveness

Develop and deliver training on reward policies and best practices

Address complex compensation-related queries and disputes

Manage relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors
-
Evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and propose enhancements

Assist in the preparation of compensation budgets and forecasts

Conduct job evaluations and maintain accurate job descriptions

Identify and implement improvements in reward administration processes

Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation and rewards

Collaborate with other HR functions to integrate reward strategies into broader HR practices
Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
Relevant Experience
-
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
