Rewinder Machine Operator - Flexible Packaging

Roshan Packages is seeking a skilled and proactive Rewinder Operator to support the production of flexible packaging material at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling rolls, inspecting material quality, and ensuring smooth rewinding operations to meet safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and set up rolls of flexible packaging material on the rewinder machine
• Inspect rolls for defects (wrinkles, misprints, size/gauge issues)
• Cut, splice, and rewind rolls to required width, length, and diameter
• Report defects or mechanical issues to the supervisor/maintenance team immediately
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a rewinder/slitter machine in flexible packaging or related industry
• Knowledge of roll handling, splicing, and quality inspection standards
• Minimum education: Matric/DAE (technical certifications are a plus)
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
