MIS Officer – Textile Industry (Lahore)

We are hiring a detail-oriented MIS Officer to transform multi-department data into clear insights and dashboards for senior management.

What you’ll do

· Gather, review, and consolidate daily/weekly/monthly reports from Production, Sales, Accounts, and other functions.

· Build production performance reports, delay factor analyses, charts, and executive dashboards.

· Track trends, flag deviations, and recommend process improvements backed by data.

· Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.

· Deliver accurate reports on time to senior management and Directors.

What you’ll bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

· Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, charts, dashboards, conditional formatting, data analysis tools).

· Exposure to ERP/MIS/reporting systems or basic database concepts is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· 2–3 years of experience in an MIS/Reporting role (textile/manufacturing preferred).
