Zonal MIS Coordinator - Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure each Business GT, MT, UFS are on usual operations with uninterrupted System running.

Understanding DMS system and able to work on End user support.

Easy to work with team and should be self-learner.

Flexible to work on Promotion setup, POP/ Store Management.

Bring analytics via available Reporting tool, including SAP, MS PBI etc.

To connect each Stakeholders and get hurdles and challenges in BAU.

To Deep dive all existing system that in use and associate with Process for optimization.

To track and monitor systems performance and to recommend improvement and enhancements for systems.

To work closely with sales team, internal customers and 3P vendor in order to smoothen the sales operations.

To provide periodic and ad-hoc analysis and business information to key stakeholders.

To act as intermediate between business units, branches and project team besides maintain good public relations with the business partners.

Interaction with business owners to know their business views in modifying system / reports accordingly.

Provides MIS support to sales finance team for planning, budgeting & smooth claim processing.

Helpdesk team management and support.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelors Degree Required in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience:

2-3 years of working in FMCG Business, Distribution Operations, MIS/ Business Analysis related experience
