Job Summary

H Pharmacy is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Rider to ensure timely delivery of medicines and pharmacy products to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local routes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing safe and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription and over-the-counter medicines to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify customer information and ensure deliveries are made accurately.
• Handle products with care, especially temperature-sensitive or fragile items.
• Maintain delivery logs, collect payments where required, and secure proper documentation.
• Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe riding at all times.
• Assist in-store when needed (packing orders, stocking, etc.).
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor or pharmacist.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
• Own motorcycle.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry small packages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery rider or courier.
• Familiarity with pharmacy delivery operations is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of confidentiality when handling medical prescriptions.

Working Conditions

• Full-time/Part-time (can adjust).
• Shifts may include weekends or holidays depending on pharmacy needs.
• Outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
