Noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

As a Rider Engagement Intern, you will provide valuable support to the Logistics team, particularly within the Last Mile team.

• Scout and establish partnerships for rider welfare programs to enhance driver support and benefits
• Organize recognition events for top-performing riders to boost morale and engagement
• Create compelling content that highlights key initiatives, success stories, and engaged riders to drive community participation

What you'll need:

• GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency, family sponsorship or golden visa holders are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered) - this is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in social media or marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
