We’re looking for someone who can manage both rider financial operations and rider scheduling efficiently. The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and confident working with Google Sheets and basic numbers.
Key things to look for in the candidate:
1. Rider Payments & Finance
Understands how to prepare and manage monthly payment sheets for riders and agencies.
Can calculate salaries, incentives, and management fees correctly.
Knows how to reconcile cash collected from riders (e.g., Cash on Delivery).
Able to build simple invoices using Google Sheets or Excel.
2. Rider Planning & Scheduling
Can create rider schedules (shifts, off days, and peak-hour planning).
Understands over-supply and under-supply management — ensuring we have the right number of riders at the right time.
Should know how to draw delivery zones on maps (for example, using Google My Maps or similar tools).
Can forecast rider onboarding needs based on order volume and business growth.
Knows how to track average order duration and rider efficiency to use minimum riders for maximum orders.
Tools & Skills:
Must be comfortable using Google Sheets and basic data formulas.
Basic understanding of operations metrics like order completion rate, average delivery time, and rider utilization.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in identifying performance gaps or payment issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
