Rigger – Tower Deployment

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Preference: Candidates currently in KSA with experience

Role Overview:

The Rigger will perform all tower-related installation activities for telecom and transmission systems, including antenna mounting, link alignment and quality documentation using project reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform tower climbs and equipment installations in line with project standards.

* Conduct accurate antenna and link alignment using approved instruments.

* Execute cable routing, weatherproofing, grounding, and hardware installation.

* Document installation details, photos, and alignment records in project systems.

* Support installation and integration teams during site acceptance testing.

* Ensure compliance with all HSE and tower safety requirements.

Requirements:

* Secondary education or technical diploma in telecom or related field.

* 1–2 years of experience as a Telecom Rigger.

* Certified for tower climbing and height safety.

* Proficient in antenna installation and link alignment.

* Familiar with site documentation and reporting systems.

* Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
