- Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities at site, including lifting, shifting, and installation of heavy structural members and equipment.
- Ensure lifting plans are prepared, reviewed, and implemented as per approved engineering drawings and safety standards.
- Verify availability and certification of lifting tools, tackles, and equipment before use.
- Monitor crane operations, load charts, and stability requirements to avoid unsafe practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe rigging practices among rigging crews.
- Coordinate with erection team to sequence lifts in alignment with the project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, site-specific safety standards, and client requirements.
- Provide daily activity reports to the project management team.
