Shift Supervisor (RPET)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift operations of RPET production lines (washing line, extrusion, pelletizing, and SSP).
• Ensure production targets are met in accordance with quality, yield, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor and control process parameters such as temperature, IV, pressure, and throughput.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Utility teams for smooth plant operation.
• Supervise operators and technical staff, ensuring proper shift handover and task allocation.
• Conduct in-process checks and ensure corrective actions for any deviations.
• Record and maintain daily production reports, downtime logs, and material consumption data.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to maintenance.
• Ensure safe working practices, PPE usage, and housekeeping compliance across all areas.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Maintain strict adherence to food-grade RPET and GMP standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• DAE / B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer)
• 5–6 years in PET recycling, RPET, or polymer production operations.
