Risk Management

Job Description :

The Risk Management team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the company’s operations, particularly with respect to market volatility, fraud, and compliance. The team ensures that the company has an effective risk management system in place to protect assets and maintain operational stability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the risk management framework for the company.
• Identify and assess risks related to market volatility, fraud, operational failures, and compliance issues.
• Monitor risk indicators and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the operation of the price monitoring system and ensure its effectiveness.
• Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Provide training and resources to employees on risk management practices.

Requirements :

• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, particularly in the financial or crypto sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with price monitoring systems is a plus.
