Job Description

Informix Sol is seeking a visionary and high-caliber Risk Management Director to join our executive leadership team in Al Dafna, the heart of Doha’s financial district. In an increasingly complex global landscape, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework that protects our assets, reputation, and long-term viability.

As a key strategic advisor to the Board, you will evaluate financial, operational, and digital risks, ensuring that Informix Sol maintains its resilience while pursuing aggressive growth. With a premier compensation of QAR 53,000 per month, this role is reserved for a leader who excels at balancing risk mitigation with commercial opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Risk Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive ERM framework that aligns with Informix Sol’s corporate objectives and Qatar’s regulatory landscape.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Lead deep-dive assessments into credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks, providing actionable mitigation strategies to the executive committee.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations, international standards (ISO 31000), and local legal requirements.
• Crisis Management: Direct the organization’s business continuity planning (BCP) and crisis response protocols to ensure operational stability during unforeseen events.
• Capital Optimization: Advise on risk-adjusted capital allocation to maximize the value of our QAR 53,000/month executive management structures.
• Culture & Leadership: Foster a risk-aware culture across the organization, providing training and mentorship to senior department heads.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, or PRM are mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 15–20 years of experience in risk management, with at least 8 years in a Director or C-suite capacity within a large-scale corporate or financial institution.
• Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Qatari market and Middle Eastern regulatory environment.
• Skills: Mastery of risk modeling tools and quantitative analysis. Exceptional communication skills for high-level board presentations.
• Location: Based at our premier offices in Al Dafna, Doha.
