Wood is currently seeking a Risk Manager to support our Projects business. Ma’aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA

Wood will support Ma’aden’s PMT in ensuring successful execution and control of the project by:

• Develop and implement model risk management program and validation protocol.
• Lead project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Maintain and update the project risk registers and ensure alignment with Company’s Capital Investment System (MCIS).
• Facilitate risk workshops and integrate risk insights into project decision-making.
• Ensure consistency and transparency in risk governance and controls.
• Provide risk reporting to executive management. Prepare high quality reports, presentations and documentation.
• Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Review internal control reports and recommend improvements.
• Lead and mentor risk management teams and consultants.
• Interface with commercial, finance , HR and operation departments on risk related matters.

Expected

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance , Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in project controls, risk management, or mining project execution.
