Risk Manager

Overview

The Risk Manager will lead programme-wide risk management activities, supporting proactive identification, mitigation, reporting, and governance of strategic, technical, commercial, and operational risks.

Your role

• Develop and implement programme risk management frameworks and procedures.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and maintain programme risk registers.
• Monitor strategic, technical, schedule, commercial, and operational risks.
• Coordinate quantitative and qualitative risk assessments.
• Support schedule risk analysis and contingency planning activities.
• Track mitigation actions and provide risk reporting to programme leadership.
• Coordinate risk interface management across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support governance reviews, change control, and lessons learned initiatives.

About you

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in project or programme risk management.
• Experience on major infrastructure, rail, or transportation programmes.
• Strong understanding of quantitative risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with Primavera Risk Analysis or equivalent software preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation capability.
• Knowledge of commercial and contractual risk management.
• Professional certification preferred (PMI-RMP, APM, or equivalent).
