Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors for RMC supply
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, builders, and consultants
- Understand customer needs and provide customized RMC solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Conduct site visits, follow-ups, and coordinate timely deliveries
- Negotiate prices and finalize orders as per company policies
- Coordinate with the plant, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders
- Prepare and maintain records of daily calls, enquiries, and sales reports
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Civil Engineering / Business preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in RMC sales or construction material sales
- Good knowledge of construction processes and RMC product usage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
