RMC Sales Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors for RMC supply
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, builders, and consultants
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized RMC solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
  • Conduct site visits, follow-ups, and coordinate timely deliveries
  • Negotiate prices and finalize orders as per company policies
  • Coordinate with the plant, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders
  • Prepare and maintain records of daily calls, enquiries, and sales reports
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Civil Engineering / Business preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in RMC sales or construction material sales
  • Good knowledge of construction processes and RMC product usage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
