Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Adult ER (Evening Shift)

Location: Karachi
Department: Emergency Room (Adult ER)
Shift: Evening

Job Description:

• Provide immediate medical care and assessment to patients presenting in the Adult Emergency Room.
• Perform initial evaluation, diagnosis, and management of emergency cases.
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
• Assist consultants and senior doctors in emergency procedures and critical care management.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and emergency care standards.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient management and transfer.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions when required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBBS with valid registration from Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC/PMC). FCPS training completed or in progress will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Adult Emergency Room.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle emergency and critical care patients
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in night shifts and high-pressure environments
