Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing, and Home Health RNs to oversee our Home Health Agency Skilled Nursing. The ideal candidates will provide leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state regulations
- Manage nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure they are followed accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance programs.
- Ensure adherence to Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Uphold resident rights and promote a resident-centered care environment

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Florida state license
- Proven 3 years of experience in nursing administration, preferably RN in a Home Health Agency or related roles.

-Excellent experience using WellSky Kinnser EMR is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of home health regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
