Westminster Communities of Florida, a nationally recognized not-for-profit, faith-based senior living organization, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our dedicated Home Care team in Orlando, FL.

As the RN Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and mentoring caregivers to promote best practices and compassionate service.
  • Developing and overseeing individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We Are Seeking:

We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional who brings both clinical expertise and a heart for service. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A current State of Florida RN license in good standing.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred.
  • Proven experience in Home Care settings (required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
