RO Operator for Water Treatment Plant

Job Description:

To operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant to ensure effective treatment of production of high-quality water, while complying with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• RO Operation & Monitoring
• Operate RO plants including pumps, valves, dosing systems, filters, membranes, and control panels.
• Monitor plant parameters such as flow rate, pressure, pH, TDS, DO, chlorine levels, etc., and ensure they remain within acceptable limits.
• Perform routine start-up and shutdown procedures .
• Routine Maintenance
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on equipment like motors, pumps, membranes, and pipelines.
• Clean filters, backwash media, flush membranes, and carry out chemical dosing.
• Coordination & Team Support

Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating WTP and RO plants.

Knowledge of water treatment processes and RO systems.

Familiarity with chemical dosing, membrane cleaning, and water testing equipment.

Good communication and reporting skills.
