Qualification

Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

Experience

Requirements

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor RO plant equipment and systems.
Conduct regular water quality testing and maintain accurate records.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, membranes, valves, and instrumentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain inventory of chemicals and spare parts.
Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain records of plant operations, water quality reports, maintenance logs, and chemical inventories.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and regulatory use.
Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of chemicals, spare parts, and consumables.
Assist in scheduling and monitoring routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Liaise with technical teams to track performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Facilitate communication between plant operators, technicians, and management.
Organize training sessions and safety briefings.
Ensure documentation, including MSDS and SOPs, is up-to-date and compliant.
