As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, and dynamic Import Operations Specialist to manage our import operations end-to-end.
If you have experience in the logistics sector and want to strengthen our operational capabilities, we are excited to meet you!

📍 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments,
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and foreign trade operations,
Preferably experienced in logistics companies operating with owned fleets and active on the Italy trade lane,
Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation,
Excellent planning and coordination skills,
Good command of English (written and spoken),
Proficient in MS Office applications.

📋 Job Description
End-to-end follow-up of import operations (road, sea, and air freight),
Coordination of owned fleet and subcontracted vehicle management,
Maintaining regular communication with customers and providing shipment status updates,
Managing customs brokerage and bonded warehouse processes,
Monitoring operational reporting and invoicing processes.
