The role's primary function is to be responsible for a determined effort to coordinate the Road Logistics Business and ensure the smooth handling of all job files to process and documentation of both system and physical handling.

How you create impact

• Ensure that all documentation/operations are processed correctly and promptly as per internal systems.
• Take care of releasing/dispatching shipments under customer requirements and ensure the highest standards of customer care are always achieved.
• Follow up on transportation contractors and drivers.
• Follow up on booking confirmation with customers.
• Control deviations and discrepancies.
• Provide the office with reports on the status of shipments.
• Ensure strong, long-term business relationships with all third parties at the ports.
• Ensure smooth hand-over to back up in case of absence.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• 1-3 Years of Experience in the logistics field
• University graduate
• Dealing with all customer types
• Team player and handwork
