Road/ Pavement Inspection Engineer (Condition Survey)

M/s PID Engineering Consultant is looking for a Road/ Pavement Inspection Engineer having experience in Pavement distresses / Road Condition Surveys/Road Survey Data Collection.

Qualification:

· Minimum Required B.Sc. (Civil) with 3 years or

· DAE (Civil) with 5 Years’ experience

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:

As part of Road Condition Surveys, inspection of highways/ motorways will be performed. Following types of pavement distresses will be checked using Nondestructive Testing Equipment’s:

• Rutting
• Alligator/ fatigue cracks
• Ravelling
• Potholes
• Longitudinal and transverse cracks
• Assessment of Road drainage condition etc,

Note: One week training will be given on identification od road distresses & use of NDT equipment’s (if needed)

Experience:

Previous pavement distress surveys experience will be an asset.

Able to work closely with the Project Management Team.

Computer literate in MS Office and in-depth knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, with strong numerical skills.

Extensive traveling throughout Pakistan on NHA network roads will be required.
