As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Robotic Process Automation Engineer , responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automated solutions to streamline and optimize business processes using Robotic Process Automation technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, define RPA solutions, and implement bots that deliver measurable business value.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / Power Automate Onprem and cloude.
• Maintain and support existing automations and troubleshoot any issues or exceptions.
• Ensure automation adheres to best practices in performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
• Monitor and optimize bot performance and handle exception management.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, or other methods as needed.
• Ability to deploy the bots in VMs.
• Stay up to date with emerging RPA tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Provide training or guidance to junior developers or business users as needed.

To join our team, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one RPA well known tool (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and scripting languages such as Python, Script, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL databases, and Excel automation, experience integrating RPA with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems and AI/ML integration in RPA workflows.
• Certification in an RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Language skills:

• English.
• Any other language is desirable.
