To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer".

Job purpose:

Responsible for identifying automation opportunities and automating processes that require manual work through RPA to resolve bottlenecks through the customer journey and achieve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and discover automation opportunities across the business
• Partner with process owners to measureand define the validity of automatingdifferent processes
• Gothrough the RPA life cycle through the below steps:
• Assess the current scenario, in terms of productivity, numberof employees, cost saving, etc… and in terms of technical feasibility to ensureautomation is doable.
• Present forecasted savings and the new process after improvement
• Develop roboticsprocess automation, whether through developing new processes from scratch or optimising existingones
• Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and get the sign offs
• Lead the measuring phase (hyper careperiod)
• Validate change requests submitted by process owners and apply valid changes
• Keep records of potential savingsfor analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or Software development.
• 0-2 years of experience.
