Robotics, Coding and AI Innovation Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Robotics, Coding and AI Trainer to join our team at Skill2Success. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs for learners aged 7 to 18, educators and corporate professionals. The role requires a strong ability to use project-based learning to teach Robotics, Coding and AI in a fun and practical way. The trainer will also contribute to research and development of STEM and robotics kits, design curricula for short and long programs, integrate STEM content into school systems and support corporate upskilling initiatives. This position also offers opportunities to work on international projects and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions in Robotics, Coding and AI for schools, after-school clubs, summer and winter camps, online classes and corporate workshops
• Design curricula for short courses, long-term programs and STEM curriculum integrations in schools
• Conduct teacher training programs in Robotics, Coding and AI
• Research and develop robotics and STEM kits including:
• Basic kits (LEGO-compatible, Arduino, ESP32-based)
• Advanced kits (drones, autonomous cars, humanoid robots, IoT devices)
• DIY electronic product kits
• Create documentation, manuals and tutorial videos for LMS integration
• Mentor students and teachers to foster creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking
• Develop corporate training modules in AI, Automation, IoT and Robotics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM Education or related fields
• Certifications in Robotics, AI or Maker Education are preferred
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant teaching or training experience

Skills

• Proficiency in Coding platforms like Python, Scratch, C++, JavaScript etc. and microcontrollers platforms like Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi etc. and AI/ML Tools and Techniques
• Strong R&D skills for prototyping and kit design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to produce engaging content for videos, LMS modules and documentation
• Enthusiastic, passionate, eager to grow and open to mentorship for advance courses
