We are seeking a Robotics Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation. If you're a self-starter and a true robotics enthusiast, we want you on our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales and business development, working directly with clients to showcase cutting-edge robotics solutions. You’ll report to the Chief Executive Officer and take the lead in articulating complex technical concepts in ways that engage and inspire prospective customers. Your ability to bridge technical knowledge with customer needs will be critical to expanding our market presence and achieving sales success.

What You’ll Do Day-to-day

  • Proactively engage in the market, conducting frequent domestic and international customer visits, meetings, and interactions. Focus on understanding customer needs while clearly communicating the value of our robotics solutions and technical support services.
  • Lead and manage customer communications by scheduling regular visits, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving positive customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities by actively seeking potential customers and fostering strong relationships with existing ones to enhance business performance and growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and simulations to showcase Milvus Robotics' capabilities, ensuring a value-driven sales approach that addresses customer challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitoring the status of the customer account pipelines and management of them end to end when needed, both before sales and after sales stages

What You’ll Bring To Our Team

  • A degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) is highly desirable, or at least 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Confident and comfortable while conducting daily and technical discussions in both online and in-person meetings.
  • A solution-oriented, task-focused, and results-driven individual with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and go the extra mile to ensure success. Comfortable interacting with people and excelling at building strong networks.
  • Proficient in analytical techniques and computer literacy.
  • Strong administrative abilities and personal discipline to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, able to clearly communicate and advocate for solutions.
