Job Description

Create demand on the market -personal contact with A customers (farms shops) - and cooperation with distribution network,
-
Steering sales at retailer level,
-
Manage CRM update database information about farms from the region,
-
Forecasting reporting Budgeting sales within region (Bottom up plan as a part of CRM),
-
Provide Risk Opportunities information from the region,
-
MAS implementation in the region (focus on defined customers with interlink to other functions)
-
Represent BASF in the region (trainings, customer events, complain management)
-
Monitor market (collect data relevant for agro business, update about distribution, competitors other relevant stakeholders in a compliance frame)
General tasks and duties:

Ensure compliance with BASF Group Vision,
-
Values, Principles and Compliance Code,
-
Ensure behavior according to APE Culture pyramid.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities

University degree, preferably in agricultural engineering
-
Work experience in sales or technic in related area
-
Specialized knowledge for the position
-
Unit specific sales processes
-
Very good communication skills
-
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
-
Basic knowledge of MS office, Windows and Email systems
-
Driving License
Language skills:

Local language - fluent
-
English - intermediate
