About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Robotics Trainer / STEM Instructor to inspire and train students through interactive, hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate should be eager to work in STEM education and robotics, even if their academic background is in science, commerce, or engineering.
Comprehensive training and certification will be provided to help you master robotics kits, sensors, and programming concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging Robotics and STEM-based training sessions for school students.
• Teach fundamental concepts of electronics, sensors, automation, and programming using kits like Arduino, Micro:bit, and other educational platforms.
• Guide students in assembling, coding, and troubleshooting practical projects.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
• Organize workshops, competitions, and exhibitions related to robotics and innovation.
• Track and report student progress, attendance, and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in STEM education and robotics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.), Commerce (B.Com./M.Com.), or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, learning, and technology.
• Basic understanding of electronics, circuits, or coding (training will be provided).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
• Experience with STEM projects, sensors, or robotics kits.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfort with hands-on demonstrations and collaborative teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
