Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with robotics kits, sensors, automation tools, and microcontroller programming.
- Strong knowledge of Python, C/C++, or block-based coding (Scratch, MIT App Inventor).
- Good communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
- Certification in Robotics/AI/Programming (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Plus Points
- Experience training children, teens, or adult learners.
- Experience with 3D printing, CAD design, IoT projects, or machine learning basics.
- Ability to organize events, competitions, and technical workshops.
- Train students on programming concepts, sensors, microcontrollers, and robotics kits (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, VEX).
- Guide learners in assembling robots, troubleshooting issues, and executing hands-on projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning sessions.
- Ensure student safety and proper use of tools, equipment, and lab devices.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records.
- Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, robotics, and automation to enhance curriculum quality.
