Rollout Senior Engineer.Projects & Infrastructure Development

Job Purpose

To execute and implement the sharing plan to meet the technical department objective , mange the execution and implementation phase within definite schedule

Report To Position Name

Manage the sharing process to achieving the company objectives and strategic goals.Control the Rollout plan and supervise the teams for new sites delivery.Supervise the Rollout teams in preparation of monthly Rollout plan with inputs from Acquisition, Construction, Telecom, power solutions and access network division.Follow up weekly & monthly ON-AIR plans.Plan site acceptance and handover to O&M activities within pre-defined SLA.Monitor vendor performance on sharing rollout implementation.Track sharing rollout SLAs with the various stakeholders.Raise stock issues based on Rollout Plan and shortages ahead of time to prevent rollout delays.Monitoring regional budget, PO status as well CAPEX Saving.Track all operators’ requests for sharing ET sites and handle with RF and tower loading teams to clear construction for the other operators.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree in Engineering Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required. Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
