Compensation:

• Base Salary: Starting at $30,000/year
• Starting pay may increase based on experience
• Additional performance-based incentives may be available

About the Role:

Mountain Star Roofing Systems is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Licensed Adjuster to support our team with insurance-based roofing projects. This role focuses on working with homeowners and insurance companies to ensure roofing claims are properly assessed, documented, and approved.

The ideal candidate understands the insurance claims process and can confidently advocate for accurate scope and fair coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs for storm-related damage (hail, wind, etc.)
• Assist homeowners with filing and navigating insurance claims
• Meet with insurance adjusters on-site
• Review and interpret insurance scopes and estimates
• Supplement claims when necessary to ensure proper coverage
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the process
• Work closely with the sales and production teams

Qualifications:

• Valid Adjuster License (required)
• Experience with roofing or property claims preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance claims and Xactimate (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to represent the company professionally on-site
