Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Roofing Estimator / Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and construction or home improvement, who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. PRS will provide full training to help the right candidate develop into a roofing expert.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to climb ladders, and the professionalism to manage both residential and commercial client interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing assigned accounts
• Conduct site visits and roof inspections; must be comfortable working at heights
• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding scope, pricing, and scheduling
• Develop and follow up on sales leads and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, estimates, and project updates
• Represent PRS with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of sales experience
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or home improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
• Energetic, reliable, excellent communication, and self-motivated
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with home improvement or general construction estimating
• Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, or processes (PRS will provide training)
• Customer service or account management background
• Military background is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Exempt (Salaried)
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for client meetings or inspections
