Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Roofing Sales Representative to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your schedule of assigned leads, performing onsite roof assessments to determine roof repairs and/or re-roof needs, writing estimates for customers based on your assessments and roof inspection reports, and developing relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to multitask in a high pace work environment while providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule of assigned leads to conduct roof inspections and deliver estimates.
• Ability to locate and assess leaks to determine necessary roof repairs or re-roof.
• Conduct onsite roof inspections to provide roof reports, estimates and documentation for insurance.
• Communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales management team, office staff, and roofing crews to ensure smooth customer experience for satisfaction guarantee.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and schedule via our company programs and database.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing sales and insurance process.
• Ability to accurately measure a roof for estimating process.
• Strong skills in time management.
• Excellent customer experience vision.
• Familiarity with roofing products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple customers simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
