Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview

Top Craft Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives / Project Managers in the DFW area.

We are looking for motivated, confident, and hard-working sales reps who are comfortable talking to homeowners, knocking doors, setting inspections, and closing roofing projects.

This is an outside sales position. You will be working in the field, meeting homeowners face-to-face, offering free roof inspections, helping customers understand their roofing options, and guiding them through the roof replacement process.

Roofing experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person if they are coachable, disciplined, and serious about making money.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, earn uncapped commission, and grow with a roofing company that is expanding in the DFW market.

Duties

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, follow-ups, and local outreach
• Schedule and perform roof inspections
• Take photos and document roof/property damage
• Explain the roofing process clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Help customers understand insurance claim and retail roof replacement options
• Follow up with leads and move them toward signed agreements
• Build trust with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with the office and production team after a project is sold
• Maintain accurate notes, photos, and customer information
• Represent Top Craft Roofing professionally in the field

Skills / Qualifications

• Comfortable knocking doors and speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, motivated, and able to handle rejection
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Roofing, solar, pest control, alarm, real estate, construction, or insurance experience is a plus
• Must be coachable and willing to learn our sales process
• Must be reliable and professional
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in the field throughout the DFW area
• Evening and weekend availability is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
