Room Service & Restaurant Staff Required

Grand Millennium Hotel is hiring passionate and service-oriented professionals for its Room Service & Restaurant Department. We are looking to fill the following positions to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Available Positions

• Waiter (Room Service)
• Order Taker
• Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities (Role-Based)

• Take and deliver room service orders accurately and on time
• Handle guest orders professionally and ensure service satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and service teams
• Handle order calls and enter orders into the system (Order Taker)
• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff supervision (Restaurant Manager)
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

✅ Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or F&B service preferred
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
✅ Ability to work rotational shifts and under pressure
✅ Leadership and supervisory experience required for Restaurant Manager role
