Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Training: Directly supervise the Room Service Attendants, managing daily operations, scheduling, and providing on-the-job training to maintain and exceed 5-star service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the swift, accurate, and elegant delivery and presentation of all in-room dining orders, ensuring temperature, quality, and presentation are perfect every time.
• Guest Experience: Handle guest requests, inquiries, and any service recovery situations with professionalism, grace, and an immediate focus on guest satisfaction.
• Inventory & Control: Manage operating supplies, equipment, and linen inventory, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Communication: Act as a critical link between the kitchen, front office, and the guest, ensuring seamless service and clear communication across departments.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or team leader experience within a Room Service, F&B, or similar luxury hospitality environment. Experience in a 5-star setting is highly preferred.
• Exceptional Service Orientation: An innate understanding of luxury service standards and an unwavering commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable Presentation & Communication: Professional appearance and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of food and beverage knowledge (including basic wine/spirit knowledge) and POS systems.
