ROTA Nanny/Educator

Job Title: ROTA Tutor-Nanny (Montessori-Focused) – $40/hour

We are a dynamic and engaged family seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly capable ROTA Tutor-Nanny to support the growth and development of our three young boys (ages 1, 4, and 6). Our household follows a Montessori-inspired approach, and we are passionate about raising self-sufficient, curious, and well-rounded children.

About the Role
This is a ROTA (rotation) position with a two weeks on / two weeks off schedule. During your “on” rotation, you will be fully responsible for the children 24/7, fostering a structured, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Schedule

• Two weeks on, two weeks off
• Paid for all hours during rotation (24/7)
• Rotation begins Saturday at 9:00 PM and ends Saturday at 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, full-time care for three high-energy boys
• Design and implement engaging, educational activities rooted in Montessori principles
• Lead projects and learning experiences centered around reading, nature, and STEM
• Support age-appropriate independence, routines, and life skills
• Maintain a calm, structured environment while confidently managing high energy levels
• Travel with the family as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Assertive, confident, and highly energetic personality
• Strong background in early childhood education or tutoring
• Familiarity with Montessori philosophy and child-led learning
• Passion for reading, outdoor exploration, and STEM-based activities
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple children independently
• Travel-ready with a valid passport

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mandarin language skills

Compensation

• $40 per hour
• All hours during your two-week rotation are paid (24/7)
