- Analyze customer technical specifications, define relevant use cases, and develop implementation strategies for digital solutions.
- Collect, clean, and interpret operational data from diverse sources such as Historian, MMS, SAP, and other plant systems.
- Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and performance patterns.
- Translate data insights into machinery fault modes and reliability insights.
- Develop, validate, and deploy Predictive Analytics applications for industrial assets and rotating equipment.
- Integrate predictive models with plant historians and enterprise systems to support predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to facilitate solution adoption and effective end-user engagement.
- Collaborate with reliability, maintenance, and IT/OT teams to design and execute predictive maintenance strategies.
- Document all technical aspects of solution design, configuration, and implementation in alignment with project standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in Industry 4.0, predictive analytics, machine learning, and industrial AI applications.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or IT Engineering.
- 0–4 years of experience in Digitalization, Reliability, or Asset Management disciplines.
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment operations, fault modes, maintenance strategies, and asset performance management.
- Familiarity with machine learning, statistical modeling, and anomaly detection.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in complex industrial environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven ability for self-learning and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Asset Performance Management (APM) products such as AVEVA APM, IBM Maximo Predict, Honeywell Forge, or Hexagon HxGN APM.
- Knowledge of networks, servers, historians, databases, APIs, and communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar scripting languages, and data integration tools.
