Rotational Nanny

ROTA Nanny / Family Assistant — High-Profile Family
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Schedule: 1 Week On / 1 Week Off or 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000+ DOE + bonus + benefits
Start Date: April 2026

Position Overview

A professional, warm, and highly organized ROTA Nanny / Family Assistant is sought to support a high-profile family with three children (approximately ages 5, 3, and newborn).

This role is part of a collaborative rotational nanny team, working closely with an established ROTA caregiver to ensure seamless coverage, consistent routines, and a calm, structured environment.

The position will primarily focus on supporting the older children’s daily schedules, development, and activities, while also assisting with newborn care as needed.

The family is especially interested in candidates with a strong educational background who can bring structure, school readiness support, and thoughtful developmental guidance.

Hiring Timeline:

  • One rotational nanny starting April 2026 (primarily newborn rotation)
  • One rotational nanny starting June 2026 (focused on the two older children)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, developmentally focused care for three children
  • Support learning, routines, homework guidance, and educational play
  • Assist with newborn routines in partnership with parents and care team
  • Coordinate children’s schedules, activities, and daily transitions
  • Prepare children’s meals and maintain organization of children’s spaces
  • Pack and prepare for travel, outings, and schedule changes
  • Work collaboratively with the ROTA nanny team and household staff
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and proactive communication

Ideal Candidate

  • 5–10+ years of professional nanny experience
  • Previous ROTA experience or team nanny environment strongly preferred
  • Education degree or teaching background highly valued
  • Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
  • Experience working in high-net-worth or fully staffed households
  • Calm, organized, structured, and confident managing multiple children
  • Travel-ready with valid passport and driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 – $120,000+ depending on experience
