· Sell Agthia products in assigned territory/channels to achieve given Volume/Value targets by brand/category and by sub channel.

· To achieve Weighted & Numeric distribution/coverage targets by retaining old/existing customers & identify/sell to new outlets and add to the existing customer base.

· To develop new products (NPDs) and achieve distribution/value/volume and Execution objectives/targets within given timelines.

· To place company’s assets (chillers, stands, Pallets, other brand/category specific displays etc.) at prime location in the outlets to improve visibility and drive sales .

· Follow journey plan, service all customers and operate efficiently.

· Communicate to customers on monthly activities and any other issues – NPDs, Promotion, Price Change, OOS situation.

· To ensure proper customer service levels by daily coordination with SC department to ensure order processing and deliveries.

· Follow steps of the call and build good relationship with customers by providing on time/Excellent service.

· Merchandising: Do merchandising (chilled & ambient) in each outlet to increase visibility to grow sales.

· Use POSM in each outlet to promote products.

· Apply FIFO method to avoid/reduce any expiry/damages in the outlet.

· Implement Planogram for each display unit as per the company standards/guidelines.

· Don’t allow other products in your Stands/ Chillers/ & other displays units.

· Provide feedback about his territory customers, competitive activity and product performance to his ASM to take corrective actions & to assist in the development of marketing plans.

· Obtain the relevant documentation and sign-offs from customers – Customer credit form / Handover report, Chiller forms etc.

· Follow daily procedures & administration steps to have smooth sales operation.

· Takes responsibility of company assets (Vehicle/Car, Mobile Devices / Company Chillers /Stands etc) to avoid any damages.

· Respect peers, be a team player and promote, “succeed together attitude” .
