Route Sales Representative/Driver

In this position you will have an exciting opportunity as the face of the company to maintain and grow the relationships already built with some of the largest Grocers and Restaurants in the Dayton area.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WITH POTENTIAL TO GROW INTO A FULL TIME POSITION

As a Route Sales Representative/Driver at CCS Cutlery, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts on a rotating schedule (Weekly/Bi-weekly) which includes, but is not limited too:

• Delivering and exchanging dull knives for sharp knives
• Providing additional cutting supplies as needed
• Changing slicer blades
• Collecting payment from customers
• Building relationships with current and new customers

What do we require?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving history with a valid drivers license
• Must have a high level of integrity, dependability, and customer focus
• Ability to work independently
• Be coachable, teachable, and flexible
• Interest in providing upsell opportunities without the pressure of meeting quotas
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem solve on the spot
• Ability to shift priorities as needed
• Friendly attitude with customers

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
