Royal Relationship Manager

HD Bank is looking for a talented Royal Relationship Managers in the following branch’s locations:

• Cairo Governorate (Downtown - New Cairo -Badr City)
• Giza Governorate (Mohandessen -Haram- 6th of October-Zayed area.)
• Alexandria Governorate
• Damietta Governorate
• Minya Governorate (Mina - Samalut )
• Beni-Suef Governorate
• Assiut Governorate
• Dakahlia Governorate (Gamasa )

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing banking products and services for the royal clients.
• Managing the relationship with the royal clients to retain existing clients and expand the existing portfolio.
• Manage the customers portfolio effectively to increase the bank’s segment profitability.
• Ensure providing prompt assistance to the Royal clients.
• Ensure customers satisfaction and aligning with the concerned bank’s functions to solve the Royal client’s complaints.
• Ensure meeting the business sales plan targets for the royal segment.
• Ensure constant contact and follow up with the royal clients to ensure providing them with the best services and financial solutions.
• Preparing and submitting the required monthly reports related to the managed portfolio.
• Follow up on the royal clients’ requests.
• Ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• A relevant University degree
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the retail banking.
