VIP Relationship Manager

Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work on achieving the set sales targets and objectives for the VIP client segment.
  • Provide VIP clients with full banking services, ensuring all their financial needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Expand and develop the VIP client base within the branch’s geographic area, attracting new clients and increasing profitability.
  • Ensure all clients’ needs are met with high service quality and professionalism, resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services to existing and potential VIP clients.
  • Ensure all transactions and client operations comply with internal bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain continuous coordination with other departments and the Head Office to ensure superior client experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities and portfolio performance for management review.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, client events, and business development activities targeting the VIP segment.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or customer relationship management
  • Strong sales background and familiarity with banking products and services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
