RPA BA + Project Manager (Agentic + UiPath)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic+ UiPath Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead end to end automation initiatives. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, process assessment, and hands-on RPA solution delivery to ensure successful automation implementations using UiPath technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end to end automation project delivery using Agentic+ UiPath.

• Manage project scope, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain project documentation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, testers, and business users across teams.
• Ensure automation projects meet quality, security, and governance standards.

Process consultant/ Business Analysis

• Identify, assess, and qualify business processes suitable for automation.
• Conduct detailed process discovery, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Create Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with SMEs to map AS IS and TO BE processes.
• Estimate feasibility, benefits, and ROI of RPA solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria, testing scenarios, and support UAT.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and technical RPA development teams.

Agentic + UiPath Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Insights).
• Ability to review automation solutions and ensure alignment with UiPath best practices.
• Collaborate with RPA architects on technical design and workflow validation.
• Support team in analyzing production issues, change requests, and enhancement cycles.
• Understand integration needs with applications, APIs, OCR/AI/ML components.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• 12 15 years total experience with at least 6 9 years in RPA/UiPath projects.
• Experience managing multiple automation projects simultaneously.
• Background in Business Analysis or Process Improvement preferred.

Technical Skills

• Claude or other Agentic platform expertise

• Strong knowledge of Agentic + UiPath (certifications preferred: UiPath Automation Professional, Orchestrator, etc.)

• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, AI Center, Document Understanding (DU).
• Understanding of automation governance, COE models, and SDLC/Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of process mining tools (UiPath Process Mining/Task Mining) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and drive outcomes.
• Experience presenting to senior management and leading automation roadmap discussions.

Preferred Certifications

• UIPath Agentic Automation Associate+professional

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Professional (UiARD) - optional but beneficial.

• UiPath Business Analyst or RPA Business Analyst certifications.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Scrum Master - added advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt (preferred but not mandatory).
