RPA Developer

Job Description

The role is responsible for designing and delivering automation solutions for our clients, including banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, and corporate organizations. The position requires strong expertise in RPA tools and Agentic AI automation to support and execute client projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
• Build and implement Agentic AI–based automation solutions (AI agents, LLM-driven workflows, automated decision processes).
• Analyze client business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Gather and document requirements during client meetings and convert them into technical automation designs.
• Create process maps, solution architecture, and development documentation.
• Integrate automation solutions with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems used by banks and insurance companies.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing workflows.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for internal and client review.
• Ensure all automations follow security, compliance, and data-handling standards specific to regulated industries (banks, insurance, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and automation projects.
• Strong command of at least one RPA tool (UiPath / Power Automate / Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with AI/LLM automation tools, agentic workflows, or AI-based decision engines (preferred).
• Knowledge of Python/JavaScript/SQL for scripting and integrations.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of financial industry processes (banking, insurance, NBFCs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Experience creating SOPs, BRDs, and process documentation.
• Strong communication and client-coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
