RPA Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Make etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RPA workflows to ensure functionality and performance.
• Document processes, procedures, and RPA solutions for future reference and compliance.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your RPA skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 Years of experience on relevant tools & technologies.
• Must have knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, VB).
• Understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Make.com, Automation Anywhere etc) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
