RPA Developer (UiPath) Only US HealthCare

Job Description

The role requires deep expertise in UiPath, strong understanding of process automation frameworks, data handling, API integration, debugging, and the ability to apply AI/ML and Python logic to boost automation accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

* Automate both web and desktop applications using UI automation, computer vision, and image selectors.

* Create and maintain reusable components and custom activities.

* Manage queues, assets, credentials, and scheduling in Orchestrator.

* Perform robust testing, debugging, and exception handling.

* Collaborate with business teams to document processes and deliver technical solutions.

* Ensure security best practices, logging, and traceability.

* Optimize workflows using REFramework and modular design.

* Stay updated on UiPath advancements including AI Center, Document Understanding, and Task Mining.

Requirements

* Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.

* Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON/XML.

* Experience with SQL, data extraction, and manipulation.

* Strong debugging, analysis, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

* 3+ years of UiPath RPA development experience.

* UiPath Advanced Developer or RPA Associate certification preferred.

* Healthcare automation experience is a plus.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
